Green cardamom

We offer premium quality green Cardamom pods - fresh, pure, and aromatic. Cardamom is widely used in Indian, Middle Eastern cooking and Scandinavian baking. Green Cardamom is often used as flavouring agent and comes under the category of aromatic plants. The small cardamom or Choti Elaichi is often used in Ayurvedic medicines that enhance physical strength.

All grading process done with fully Automatic and air compressed machines. All other sortings like colour sorting, sick seed sorting, open mouth sorting etc are done in fully automated hi-tech machines. Weightless seeds are removed with help of air compressor.





Green cardamom husk

Green Cardamom husk carries all the flavor and aroma of green Cardamom. It is extensively used in grinding and in items such as blended spices and sweets. Cardamom husk act as a flavouring agent in Sweets & Masalas.



Black pepper

Black pepper has an earthy, pungent, woody, and hot flavor. It is widely used in preparing savory food and in some sweet ones as well. Common usage includes vegetables, fish, meats, salad dressings, stir-fries, soups etc

Dry cloves

Known for their pungent, strong, and sweet taste, dry cloves are extensively used with spices in cakes, and cookies.
Cleaning is done manually.

Dry ginger

Dry Ginger retains a lot of the spice and sweetness of fresh ginger, and it has a milder flavor. Dry Ginger has been a part of Ayurveda since centuries. It finds applications along with spices, and is also used in marinades, gravies, stews, curries etc.
